2022 Rosé
Tasting notes
This pale, pink Provence style Rose has delicate aromas of Hibiscus, white tea, and watermelon, with flavors of honeydew and strawberries. The body is creamy and elegant in the middle, with a crisp and refreshing finish.
Production notes
The Grenache grapes were hand picked and channeled direct to press where they remained for six hours to extract color from the red grape skins. The Rose juice was then fermented cold in a stainless steel tank, preserving the fresh aromatics and acidity of the fruit. A splash of Negro Amaro was added to solidify the beautiful, pink hue.
Other notes
This rosé is versatile with many foods. Try it with lobster roll, seared salmon, brie, goat cheese, BBQ chicken, and other picnic favorites.
